A TransAsia flight GE235 Carrying 58 people crashed into a river shortly after takeoff in the Taiwanese capital Taipei few hours ago. The footage shows the plane, a turboprop ATR-72, rolling sharply to the left as it descends over a road. At least 23 people are dead and 20 more are missing.
